Sports massage, deep tissue massage & Swedish massage at Reach Physiotherapy

At Reach Physiotherapy we adopt a truly holistic approach to body and mind. Our professionally trained sports massage therapists will help you to restore your body to its optimum balance; easing away the symptoms and causes of fatigue, stress, injury and strains your body deals with day to day.

For this reason we’ve found that it often helps as part of your physiotherapy program to see one of our massage therapists. Should it be appropriate, we will recommend it as part of your rehabilitation program. Many of our clients choose to continue with their complementary therapy after their physiotherapy treatments have finished. More importantly, you don’t have to be seeing one of our physiotherapists to enjoy the benefits and relaxation that a massage therapy session brings.

Types of massage therapy include

  • Sports Massage – full/half body
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Swedish Massage – full/half body
